Munich offers a wide range and variety of leisure activities. Lakes

The lake landscape around Munich is unique in all of Germany and can be easily reached from the Hotel Neumayr via the motorways A95, A96 and A8. If you prefer to travel by train, you can reach many worthwhile destinations from Munich main station with the Bavarian Oberlandbahn (BOB). The main train station can be reached from the hotel in about 13 minutes by public transport and in 15 minutes by car. Whether the Ammersee with its agricultural environment, the glamorous Starnberger See, the charming Tegernsee with its sophisticated spas or the "Bavarian Sea", the Chiemsee: Each of these nearby lakes is located in beautiful foothills of the Alps, yet has a different character and its own charm which are worthy to be discovered.
